Straight Talk: 

They have a Mobile Hotspot Device that is affordable. The Hot Spot Device works much like their Straight Talk phones. You have the initial purchase of the device and then you can buy the monthly plans and stop at any time you want.

Suddenlink also has a mobile hotspot offer that seems to be a good deal. I think this is one of the better and affordable options. You have the option of bringing your own phone to this plan. If you do not have a Suddenlink phone then they will send you a sim card, within two days, and you can have unlimited data for your mobile hotspot. Unlimited AT&T Home Internet – All AT&T consumer home internet wireline customers, as well as Fixed Wireless Internet, can use unlimited internet data.  Additionally, we’ll continue to offer internet access for qualifying limited income households at $10 a month through our Access from AT&T program. We’ve expanded eligibility to Access from AT&T to households participating in the National School Lunch Program and Head Start. Additionally, we’re offering new Access from AT&T customers two months of free service.
