Workforce Education
UACCB partners with employers to build the skilled workforce our region needs. From short-term credentials to custom training, we help individuals advance and businesses stay competitive.
Explore our professional skills training courses that prepare you for in-demand careers. Our programs include the Class A Commercial Driver Training Program, which prepares new drivers for high-paying jobs in less than four weeks; ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification, the gold standard for restaurant and hospitality safety; and our RN-to-EMT Bridge Course, a fast-track option that allows licensed nurses to expand their careers in emergency medical services—whether on the ground or in the air.
UACCB can design and deliver specialized training for your employees on our campus or at your facility. Our instructors bring real-world expertise and hands-on experience to every session. We’ve helped local employers strengthen their teams through Excel and data skills workshops, OSHA 30-Hour safety training, customer service fundamentals, emerging topics like AI Skills for the Workplace. Whether you need industry-specific instruction or professional development for your staff, we’ll tailor the training to your goals. Contact us to get started.
