The Arkansas Career Pathways Initiative provides funding that enables UACCB to offer assistance to eligible individuals so that they may earn an educational credential for immediate entry into a high demand occupation. The UACCB Career Pathways Initiative emphasizes services such as career counseling, job search training, academic advising and tutoring. In addition, the Pathways program may be able to help eligible students overcome financial barriers that may have kept them from obtaining needed training and education.

As of July 2013, to be eligible for the Career Pathways program, a student must be an adult caretaker or parent of a child under the age of 21 AND must currently be receiving Transitional Employment Assistance (TEA).  If you feel you meet these requirements, please contact us at (870) 612-2060 to make an appointment.
