EMT/Paramedic Programs Director

The University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville is seeking applications for the position of full-time program director/faculty of the EMT/Paramedic Programs. The position requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, current licensure as an EMT-Paramedic, a minimum of two years’ work experience as a paramedic, and eligible for certification to teach in the EMT programs. Fundamental job duties include facilitating the development of program curriculum, ensuring classes are approved, ensuring accurate record keeping skills, assisting with budget process, actively participating in college committees and activities, working with enrollment for recruitment efforts, remaining current with trends and standards, maintaining professionalism, maintaining appropriate clinical learning contracts, ordering of supplies/equipment, and assisting with accreditation processes.  This is an 11-month, full benefits position.
