How to Order
By mail:
Print the transcript request form, complete all information requested, sign and mail the form to:

Telephone and e-mail requests cannot be processed. Student's signature is required.
Unofficial Transcripts
Unofficial Transcripts can be viewed in WebAdvisor.
Instructions for printing an unofficial transcript:
- Login to WebAdvisor
- In the Student Menu under the ACADEMIC PROFILE section, click on TRANSCRIPT
- When the list of academic courses appear, right click on mouse and choose print
The unofficial transcript in WebAdvisor will list academic and transfer credits. In addition, GPA and cumulative credits will be noted at the bottom of the page.
Any academic credits taken before August 1997 will not be listed. Please visit the Registrar's Office in Independence Hall for proof of this academic history.
