Students needing assistance with online class log-in or computer issues related to online classes should contact:
Please include your name, class course and section number, your user name/password, and a brief explanation of your problem.
Common problems to check out before you email!
- Double check the log-in instructions!
- For WebCt log-in, the user name must be typed in all CAPS. This does not apply to WEBBER classes.
- The online password DOES NOT CHANGE, even if the UACCB email password has changed.
- Make sure that you are using your Legal Name from enrollment records - not nicknames that might appear on the student id card.
- Classes ending in section 095 will NOT be listed on the online schedule with the 098/099 classes.
- There are TWO WebCt log-in sites. One (blue border) is for classes originating from PCCUA and one (red border) originating from UACCB. They are not interchangeable!
- Some classes on the 098/099 schedule may have slightly different names or numbers. For example: Legal Environment of Business will be listed as Business Law and Human Growth and Development may be listed as Developmental Psychology. This does not affect your class enrollment or transcript at UACCB.
- Don't type "www...." in front of the web address when logging in to your class.
- Popup blocker software (such as Norton) frequently alters the performance of WebCt. One of the most common problems is shutting down or disabling quizzes. It is advised that students turn off this type software before logging in an online class.
Remember that students are always welcome to use the UACCB Computer Lab for online class work!
