Continuing Education Coordinator: The University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville, a public comprehensive community college in north central Arkansas, seeks a Continuing Education Coordinator.
Minimum qualifications and duties: The successful candidate will have knowledge of campus and community resources, be able to creatively solve problems and be able to coordinate a community based non-credit class program within budget limitations. The Continuing Education Coordinator position is a 12-month, non-classified position and requires the formal education equivalent of a bachelor’s degree plus three years of experience in community, workforce or adult education. Night and weekend work is required. The position requires familiarity with Microsoft Word, Access database, and web design programs. Compensation is commensurate with the background and experience of the candidate selected. A generous fringe benefits package is included.

Adjunct English Instructors: The University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville seeks part-time English instructors for the Division of Arts and Humanities who are committed to supporting community college teaching and student success.
Qualifications: A minimum of a master’s degree with at least 18 graduate hours in English is required. Three years of teaching experience is preferred. Classes the successful candidate may teach include English Composition I and II, World Literature I and II. Review of applications will begin immediately.
