Dr. Tulberg joined UACCB faculty in Fall 2013 as Instructor of Industrial Technology.  He previously served for four years as an adjunct instructor in the Business, Technology, and Public Service Division and in the Community and Technical Education Division.  He graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1981 with a B.A. degree in Natural Science, and completed an M.A. degree in Geopolitics at Kings College, University of London in 1995, an M.A. degree in Strategic Studies at the Air University in 2000, and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Phoenix in 2012.  Dr. Tulberg served for 28 years as a fighter pilot in the U.S. Air Force, and has lived overseas in England, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and the Republic of South Korea.
