Accreditation & Program Approvals
UACCB is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission and a member of the North Central Association (30 North LaSalle St., Suite 2400, Chicago, IL 60602- 2504, (800) 621-7440).
UACCB is authorized to offer the Associate of Applied Science and the Associate of Arts and Associate of Science degrees by the AHECB and NCA.
As a state-supported, two- year institution, UACCB is recognized by the Arkansas Department of Higher Education, the Arkansas Department of Workforce Education, and the Arkansas State Approving Agency for Veteran's Training for financial aid purposes.
The Arkansas State Board of Nursing and the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (61 Broadway 33rd Floor, New York, NY 10006, (800) 669-1656 or www.nlnac.org accredits the LPN to RN, Associate Degree Program.
Programs
The Practical Nursing program is approved by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing.
The Emergency Medical Technician program is approved by the Arkansas Department of Health, Division of Emergency Medical Services.
The Surgical Technology program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Programs.
The Certified Nursing Assistant program is approved by the Arkansas Department of Human Services, Office of Long-Term Care.
The Adult Education program is approved by the Arkansas Department of Workforce Education.
