benefits? |
If the disabled veteran is 100% disabled due to a service
related injury or the veteran paid into VA educational benefits while in the
service the veteran can receive VA educational benefits. |

My parent was disabled while on active duty. Can I get VA
benefits? |
Yes, if the dependent can provide a “rating letter” stating the parent was 100% totally and
completely disable due to a service related injury. |

Do veterans receiving VA benefits have to have a degree
plan? |
Yes, a veteran must decide on a VA approved degree offered
at UACCB. |

Possibly depending on the situation and the financial aid

Usually financial aid funding does not affect GI Bill
education benefits, but could possibly affect other types of VA education
benefits. |

Do I have to pay my tuition in full before I can receive my
Veterans Affairs benefits at UACCB? |
No, tuition does not have to be paid to receive VA
Educational Benefits. However, tuition
must be paid at beginning of semester by veteran or dependent if no financial
aid is awarded. VA Educational
Benefits will be received monthly by student if enrolled ½ time or more from
the VA Dept. |
