I took a class at another school and then repeated
it at UACCB. I don’t want the grade for the class taken at the other school
to be calculated in my GPA from UACCB. What do I need to do? |
Grades do not transfer nor are they calculated in a
student’s GPA. Student Information Officer will address all requests for
course transfer. |

How can I have a letter grade removed from my UACCB
transcript? |
Students
may be able to remove prior grades if they qualify for the Academic Fresh
Start. These
procedures are outlined in the UACCB Catalog/Student Handbook on page 46. |

How
do I take a course pass/fail and how will it affect my grades? |
UACCB does not currently allow for a student to
take a course pass/fail. The student may request to audit a course; this
designation does not affect the student’s grade point average. This procedure
is outline in the UACCB Catalog/Student Handbook on page 49. |

I would like to substitute a course to meet a
graduation requirement. What do I need to do? |
A student must seek an exception from his/her
advisor. The Substitution/Elective Form must be completed and this request
must be approved by the appropriate division chair. The exception must be
noted on the student’s Intent to Graduate document. |
